Orders & Shipping

When will I get my order?

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Uitgeest, Netherlands. We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit to the United Kingdom typically takes 6–9 business days. You should therefore expect to receive your parcel within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. Detailed times are provided in our Shipping Policy

Where do you ship from and to?

All orders are shipped from our logistics centre in Uitgeest, Netherlands. We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship exclusively to addresses in the United Kingdom. If this changes in the future, we will update our shipping policy accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30‑day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and returned with proof of purchase and original packaging. Full details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy

Which items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns of items that are used, worn, washed, damaged or missing original packaging or tags. Returns sent without prior authorisation will also be refused.

How do I start a return?

Please email support@ariadilusso.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. Do not send items back until you have received a return authorisation from us; we will provide you with the correct return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective or we shipped the wrong item. See our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Products & Sizing

Are all products made in Italy?

No. Our pieces are Italian‑inspired but may be manufactured in Italy, Spain, Turkey or Asian countries. We work only with partners who share our commitment to quality and fair labour practices. Learn more about our sourcing process on our About Us page.

How do I care for my garments?

Care instructions are provided on each product page and on the garment’s label. We recommend following these guidelines to maintain the quality and longevity of your items.

Do you have a size guide?

General sizing information is available on product pages. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards and Klarna. At checkout you will see the available payment options.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We use secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.
